Joseph cast members to run London Marathon

We are delighted to put our full support behind Mark Oxtoby (Simeon) and Kate Tydman (Swing) who will be taking part in this year's London Marathon.

They are both experienced runners - as you can see by the wealth of running medals they have accumulated between them. Although sadly they won't be running as the back and front end of the camel they have kindly offered to offer us an insight into the intensive training schedule required in the lead up to the big day. Mark and Kate have been keeping a "Training Blog"

Hundreds of young people die unexpectedly of heart defects every year. CRY works to raise awareness of Sudden Death Syndrome (SDS) and campaigns for proactive screening of young people. It offers help and support to those who have suffered a loss, provides medical information, carries out Mobile Cardiac Screening and ECG Testing Programmes within local communities and contributes to medical research.
